We’ve been involved with The EverRest Group since the Spring of 2018. We traveled to Montgomery, Ala., to attend their on-site training. I was a little skeptical at first. However, we quickly learned this process was a fabulous lead-generation system.
Our techs were trained in the process and hit replacement sales that we’ve never seen before. The only downside is we limited the number of techs trained in the EverRest method because we couldn’t keep up with new equipment replacement sales.
Other than purchasing the equipment needed to perform the service in the EverRest process, there was no additional overhead to our business.
